We do yes. Some customers prefer self assembly. But rest assured if you decide to use our supply and install service we will look after you!

Our studios are classified as outbuildings within the permitted development scheme. Consequently, in the majority of cases, obtaining planning permission is not necessary due to the fact that the height is under 2.5m.

Additionally, you need to ensure that 50% of the total garden area is free of outbuildings or permanent structures, including front, back, and side gardens.

Planning laws dictate that our studios (which are classified as outbuildings) cannot be placed directly on a boundary. This means that, in order to conform, a 500mm gap is required if the internal floor space is below 15 square meters, while a 1m gap is required for internal floor spaces ranging between 15 and 30 square meters.

Our studio can be installed on either soft surfaces (such as bare earth or turf) using steel ground piles or on hard surfaces (like concrete, driveway, or paving) using steel ground feet. The appropriate groundwork kits are included in our pricing.

Our studios are built to last. We only use the best materials, meaning we can offer a 10-year structural guarantee to provide peace of mind that your investment is protected.

Yes, our studios are fully insulated for year-round use. Again, we only use the best materials, with either 25mm or 50mm (depending on your specification) rigid thermal boards in the base and wall elevations, with 100mm insulated panels for the roof.

The interior is completed in our 'Scandi' style, characterised by clean lines, neutral colours, and a focus on creating bright and open spaces.

The walls will be decorated with timber-looking OSB panels, introducing a natural element to the space and complemented by white PVC skirting that transitions to high-quality and neutral-coloured vinyl flooring.

The ceiling will showcase the underside of the insulated roof panels coated in a sleek white aluminium sheet, offering a contemporary and polished appearance.
